Document Translation

Certified document translation.

Foreign-language documents translated and certified for U.S. courts, USCIS filings, universities, and embassies — paired seamlessly with notarization and apostille service when your file needs the full chain of certification.

Translation · Notarization · Apostille

One point of contact for the entire document chain.

Most translation services drop the file in your inbox and wish you luck. India handles the whole chain — translation, certification, notarization, and (when needed) apostille — so your document arrives at the embassy, courthouse, or USCIS officer accepted on the first try.

Whether it's a Spanish marriage certificate that needs to be filed for a green-card petition, a French diploma being submitted to a U.S. university, or a Portuguese power of attorney being used in a Tennessee court, India coordinates a qualified translator, certifies the translation, notarizes the translator's affidavit, and walks the package through the Tennessee Secretary of State if an apostille is required.

Frequently Asked

Good questions. Honest answers.

What languages do you work with?
India works with a vetted network of certified translators covering Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, German, Italian, Korean, Vietnamese, and most other widely-spoken languages. Less-common languages can usually be sourced as well — call to confirm.
Are the translations USCIS-accepted?
Yes — each translation is delivered with a signed certification of accuracy from the translator, formatted to USCIS specifications (and equivalent court / university specifications).
Do you handle the apostille on translations too?
Yes — if your destination country or agency requires apostille on the translated package, India notarizes the translator certification and walks the file to the Tennessee Secretary of State as part of the same project.
How long does a translation take?
Standard turnaround for vital records and short documents is 3–5 business days. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Long contracts and academic transcripts may take longer — request a quote for exact timing.
Can you translate documents I will submit abroad?
Yes — for documents being submitted to a foreign government, India can coordinate both U.S.-side translation/certification and apostille so your file is ready for the destination consulate or ministry.
